Selecta Corn Flour 500g (vacuum-packed) is produced from Chipa corn - a stunningly brilliant yellow corn specific to Paraguay. Typically, the Chipa corn plant has few large ears (aka corncobs) with even rows of very uniform kernels. The plump kernels are composed of a soft starch, ideal for grinding into corn meal, which makes the very distinctive chipas and sopas - Paraguayan national dishes.
