We use Australia Post, Aramex and E-Go Couriers to ensure safe & secure delivery of your order. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, so you can track your parcel from dispatch to delivery and be confident that your order will get to you safely. Our system is fully automated. The cost of delivery is calculated at checkout and depends on weight, size and postal address.
Based on our experience and shipping history we may change the shipping method to reduce the delivery time and the chance of products' damages while in transit.
Orders will be shipped between 1-2 days of receiving the order and confirmation of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Direct deposit payments can take up to 3 days to be processed. Australia Post provides an estimate for expected delivery times to various locations across Australia on its website.
No non-delivery claims will be recognised after 30 days from the dispatch date.

Returns
It is important to us that you are satisfied with our products. Our policy requires you to return the item within 10 days of receipt, unused and still in its original packaging. Please include a note outlining your reason for returning the product as we appreciate all feedback and we will happily issue an exchange or refund. Refunds may take up to five working days.

Conditions of return
- Delivery costs cannot be refunded.
- Refunds will only be made by the original payment method.
- Milano Food Traders cannot be held responsible for items that have not reached us.
- We recommend that you use Registered Post or Express Post.
- Any items that are returned to us without sufficient postage, if marked ‘return to sender' or 'reply paid' will incur a $10 fee to cover postage and administration fees.
- If returned items do not conform to the above standards, a refund or exchange will not be made.
