TOCO ROASTED CHÁ MATE 150g
This yerba mate is roasted and granulated for extra flavour, with a strong taste and aroma reminiscent of chocolate or coffee beans. The infusion gives a brown colour.
INGREDIENTS: Yerba mate tea roasted (Ilex paraguaruenesis)
HOW TO PREPARE ROASTED YERBA MATE:
1. Coffee Filter / Espresso machine
For 1 litre, put 2 tablespoons of roasted yerba mate in filter/espresso machine. Run machine normally
2. Teapot/French Press
Place 2.5 tablespoons of roasted yerba mate in the Teapot/French Press and add 1 litre of hot water or milk. Let it stand for 10 minutes or until the desired colour or strength is achieved.
3. Refreshing Ice Mate
Prepare the mate and cool in fridge. Add ice, lemon, mint and other fruits or herbs to your taste.
