Preparation in the French Press / Teapot:
1. Place two teaspoons of yerba mate tea (about 10g) for every 500ml of water into a teapot
2. Add hot or cold water
3. Brew for 3-5 minutes to desired strength

Traditional Preparation (Cup and straw):
1. Add 50g of yerba mate tea to traditional drinking cup (gourd, pampa, cup)
2. Put drinking straw (bombilla) into the drinking cup
3. Add about 200ml of water at 80C or cold
4. Refill water when desired
